This is the description: Each of you will write a research paper (10 pages\/3500 words including bibliography and references, double spaced, Times New Roman, 12) on a topic of their choice relating to the course materials and making use of literature. You should use at least 7 texts from the syllabus and at least 3 texts outside the syllabus. The research essay is worth 25% of your course grade while the presentation is 10%. For the presentation, you can apply the same rules that we applied in the midterm presentations.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can choose to write on topic of your own interest in consultation with me provided that it is relevant to the general topic and discussion of the class. You should demonstrate a thorough research in preparing for the essay. A minimum of 10 sources (books and\/or journal articles) should be used, and these sources should be referenced and cited using either APA, MLA, or Chicago. You can use any citation model as long as you are consistent. A late paper can only be accepted with a written medical excuse.<\/span><\/p>\n
