Use spell check, the writing lab, and or Smarthinking (found in Canvas).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\"><strong style=\"cursor: auto;\">If you use the writing lab or Brain Fuse 25 points will be added as extra credit<\/strong>. &nbsp;Attach the writing lab\/brain fuse review after the reference pages as verification.\n<ul style=\"cursor: auto;\">\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Brain Fuse. &nbsp;The link is on the left side of the canvas with the others<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">This is a 25 optional points that can be earned in the final project. &nbsp;Basically the project is uploaded to their site for review checking for accuracy in references etc.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">To access click on the Brain Fuse tab,\n<ul style=\"cursor: auto;\">\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">click on 3 lines in upper corner, and select<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Expert Help<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Writing lab<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Academic paper,<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Then follow prompts\n<ul style=\"cursor: auto;\">\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Be sure to put in Apa format, check citations, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Attach a copy of their report\/feedback to your paper AFTER the reference pages.<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">If changes are noted do them to improve your overall grade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 16px; cursor: auto;\">\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Use the topic selected during week 1 of class as the basis for an original paper for this class.<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Use all research items &#8211; 1 research item per chapter. &nbsp;&nbsp; Can use either the alternative one or the regular one submitted<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">No References\/research items from the text are allowed. &nbsp;All should come from outside source found via the library link on our class home page.<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">&nbsp;submit all work via the assignment link. &nbsp;Inside the assignment link work is submitted via the turnitin.com tool. &nbsp;Turnitin is a tool that scans all papers for plagiarism and provides a report. &nbsp;Any paper with more than 25% use of other people&#8217;s work will be required to be fixed before grading can take place. &nbsp; It is easier to write your own work, cite any sources correctly, and create the paper according to all the requirements.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Cite them APA format (hint, MSWord has a tool that will do it and create the reference page)<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">10 pages minimum not counting title and reference page.<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">The paper is worth 300 points.<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">20 points per page (full pages &#8211; partial pages will be deducted)<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">50 points for title page, reference page(s), and cited references in the text.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">50 points for form, structure, etc.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">if references are not cited in the text 50-100 points will be deducted since lack of citation may indicate plagiarism.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Save the paper as MSWord Doc, Adobe PDF file, or Rich text file. &nbsp;Other files cannot be opened and so can&#8217;t be graded.<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Papers submitted early may get graded early allowing for time to redo them if needed.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"cursor: auto;\">Submit on time! &nbsp; late papers receive a 10% per day penalty.
