Female leaders are<br \/>\nmore effective decision-makers and significantly impact subordinates more than<br \/>\nmale ones in construction and real estate companies in Turkey, a study suggests<br \/>\n(Dwiri and Okatan 1432). Naomi Anderson\u2019s The Power presents a fictional world where<br \/>\nwomen are in control of power dynamics. There are ample studies on the effectiveness<br \/>\nof leadership styles of women. There is also representation of different<br \/>\nleadership styles in the science-fiction, and how the usage of each style<br \/>\naffects the organisational outcomes. However, there is no analysis presenting how<br \/>\nfemales in Anderson\u2019s work undermine the conventional gender norms in subverting<br \/>\nleadership behaviours associated with them.
