\nintervention plan allows stakeholders to work together to ensure that
\ncurriculum and educational policies are aligned with the needs of the students.<\/span><\/p>\n

The goal of this
\nintervention project is for you, as a curriculum leader, to apply your critical
\nthinking and problem-solving skills when it comes to analyzing, planning, and
\nmaking data-driven decisions that will foster instructional improvement and organizational
\nchange to support instruction. You will also better understand how you can
\nachieve personal and professional growth through the simulated process of
\ncreating and implementing an intervention. You will complete this intervention
\nproject in three separate assignments throughout the course.<\/span><\/p>\n

This assignment is Part 1 of your intervention project, and
\nthe goal is for you to explore local issues, complete a root cause analysis to
\ndetermine the problem statement and root cause, and then determine the topic
\nfor your intervention. You will continue the project in subsequent weeks as you

As a school district curriculum leader, you have been tasked
\nby senior leadership to determine an intervention plan to address a set of
\nissues happening in your school district. You will identify local needs,
\nperform a root cause analysis to determine the problem and root cause, and
