This is a literature review to accompany a larger research paper on ‘The Impact of D.E.I. Policies on Gender Equality and Representation in Non-Profit Organizations’, in which the diversity, equity, and inclusion policies of 100 non-profit organizations were analyzed for their impact alongside the gender representation within the organizations. <\/p>\n
