You must prepare this as a brief that you would “present” to a decision maker\/policy champion that has the ability to take action on this problem. <\/span>Presentation should be maximum of 10 minutes, and 5 \u2013 10 slides<\/span><\/b>. You can use whatever medium you like to record and post your presentations (Powerpoint, Youtube, Panopto, Prezi etc.)  Presentation MUST include an audio component.   Please post a link on the discussion board directly to your presentation.  <\/span>Presentation must include the following elements:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Title slide with your name, date and key decision maker\/policy champion<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Brief Background overview, Problem statement<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Overview of key stakeholders and their positions (Stakeholder Analysis)<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Review of your decision\/solution analysis and process<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Final Recommendation for action with a Justification: <\/span>Based on your research and analysis, provide a clear final conclusion stating which of the alternatives to you propose to implement and why.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. References<\/span><\/p>\n
