\nHaving carefully read the case study, fully answer the following questions by developing a
\nformal cohesive report with introduction, body, and conclusion. The report should be written in
\nTimes New Roman 12 font, double-spaced format, and by no means exceed 8 pages excluding
\ncover page and reference page. In your report,
\na) Provide a very short summary of the case study.
\nb) Explain the role of leadership in Adobe\u2019s performance evaluation strategic change.
\nc) Explain the role of organizational culture in Adobe\u2019s performance evaluation strategic
\nchange.
\nd) Explain the role of national culture in employees\u2019\/managers\u2019 responses to performance
\nappraisal strategic change. As Adobe continued to expand geographically, suggest how
