Recently, lots of<br \/>\ncompanies are facing different challenges like organizational misconduct, high<br \/>\nrate of employee turnover and poor financial performance. Leadership\u2019s role is a necessary<br \/>\ncondition to coordinate all activities and aspirations of a given group.<br \/>\nLeadership cannot be live alone without a group and a group cannot be sustained<br \/>\nwithout a leader as well.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 150%; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">In<br \/>\nfact, the term leadership has different definitions by different people. The<br \/>\npractices of influencing a social phenomenon also described as leadership. A<br \/>\nspecial kind of guidance that motivates and affects an individual in the<br \/>\norganization all kinds of social situation especially actual claim that makes<br \/>\npeople work together to achieve common goals and objectives is also known as<br \/>\nleadership (Sakiru, et al 2013). Performance refers to the proportion between<br \/>\nproduct and all factors of production to achieve the required output. It is the<br \/>\nefficiency of an individual productivity and multinational elements in<br \/>\ncompanies, in which it mostly upgraded by employees\u2019 diligence. The quantitative data will be collected through a<br \/>\nclose-ended questionnaire. While analyzing data, quantitative data will be<br \/>\nstatistically organized and imported into SPSS V.20.0 to obtain frequency and<br \/>\npercentage. In addition, percentages was also used to interpret the background<br \/>\ninformation of the respondents and the data that to be gathered through a<br \/>\nclose-ended questionnaire. In addition, informed to the subjects that<br \/>\nthey have the right to remain anonymous for providing any information. The<br \/>\nresearcher also get official letter from the department head in order to<br \/>\nformally approach the respective respondents whom the researcher sought the<br \/>\nright information. Then, researcher also behaved ethically and morally in a way<br \/>\nthat the subjects trusted him as result of which he expected to get genuine<br \/>\ninformation.
