Identify the problem<\/strong>–You selected a problem related to Gender. Describe this problem, including a discussion of why it is important.<\/p>\n

A communication problem<\/strong>–We are communication scholars and this is a communication class, so it seems important to identify how your problem is a communication problem. It might be helpful to think about the four forms of communication, from chapter 2 of your sexual harassment textbook, when writing this section.<\/p>\n

Scholarly knowledge<\/strong>–Based on the scholarly articles and your textbooks, what do we know that can help us understand the problem? <\/p>\n

Analyze the problem<\/strong>–Analyze a text such as films, social media posts, newspaper articles, books, etc. Go beyond a cursory analysis. Actually sit down with your text and analyze it (including people who have seen the movies and watched the television series, etc. Watching to analyze is very different from watching for pleasure.)<\/p>\n

Action Steps<\/strong>–What do you recommend based on your analysis and what you have learned in this class.<\/p>\n

References–<\/strong>Include a reference page (this does not count for your page total expectations). The references need to be in APA style and I need to be able to find at least 3 per person in the MU Library<\/p>\n
