You are expected to fully use a range of relevant models to illustrate this process and the rationale for your business model selection. As part of this process, you are expected to reference and apply the Ideal Final Result (IFR) model.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your critical evaluation of the
\nnew business model <\/span><\/b>and
\nits ability to create and deliver the Value Proposition in a competitive market
\nplace.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Question 2 should be no more than 1,500 words in total. <\/span><\/p>\n

\npopulate a Business Model Canvas illustrating the Value Proposition (VP) that
\nyour business model presents.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nto be the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) that must be met to ensure the
\nviability of your Value Proposition as outlined in the Business Model Canvas,
\nand conduct a Risk Analysis to illustrate the impact on the operational
\nviability of the model where it is unlikely that the CSFs will be met.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nstrategy, what changes need to be made to the Business Model and Value
\nProposition to ensure its adoptability by your chosen sector within the next 5

\nthat competition<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
