You included how you would incorporate your GVV results in decision making with current examples that you selected for analysis. In this unit you will examine Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to evaluate their impact on company performance and profitability. Kline, 2018) cites research supporting the hypothesis that CSR program integration through all elements of their operations see many benefits. Kline additionally states \u201cThe study showed that companies not integrating their CSR programs into the business could still earn a reputation advantage, but not much else.\u201d (2018, para 5). You will also be analyzing a personal example where you can incorporate your GVV results into action planning for increased CSR integration.<\/p>\n<p>In a 3-7 page APA formatted paper excluding diagrams and other visual\/oral aids as appropriate, address the following:<\/p>\n<p>Section 1: CSR History and Background<\/p>\n<p>The historical foundations for and evolution of the development of CSR programs and processes<br \/>\nThe core elements of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs<br \/>\nResearch supporting the efficacy of CSR programs on company success. Include at least two scholarly sources in addition to the weekly readings and videos<br \/>\nDoes CSR have any relationship to other theories you have studied in this class or in others you have studied? If so, which ones and why?<br \/>\nSection 2: CSR Company Examples and Analysis<\/p>\n<p>Identify at least one company from your research or personal experience who have integrated CSR throughout their organization, and one that does not appear to have completed this integration.<br \/>\nProvide a summary of the business(s) that you have selected for this analysis. Include but not limited to:<br \/>\nName<br \/>\nIndustry<br \/>\nValues, Vision, Mission, purpose<br \/>\nPublic vs private<br \/>\nFinancials<br \/>\nSize<br \/>\nNational\/International<br \/>\nDiscuss why you selected these companies. What was of interest to you?<br \/>\nUsing Carrol\u2019s CSR pyramid or another model you have uncovered in your research, provide an analysis of CSR integration for each of these companies.<br \/>\nBased on the research conducted by Kline and other sources you have uncovered in your research, what conclusions if any would you draw on CRS and company success?<br \/>\nWould you base any buying or personal career decisions company CSR programs? Why or why not?<br \/>\nSection 3 \u2013 Personal Application<\/p>\n<p>Using your current company or a recent past work situation.<br \/>\nProvide a summary of the business(s) that you have selected for this analysis.
