In prior modules, you have delved into select traditional ethics theories and incorporating this information into your decision-making process. You included how you would incorporate your GVV results in decision making with current examples that you selected for analysis. In this unit you will examine Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs to evaluate their impact on company performance and profitability. Kline, 2018) cites research supporting the hypothesis that CSR program integration through all elements of their operations see many benefits. Kline additionally states \u201cThe study showed that companies not integrating their CSR programs into the business could still earn a reputation advantage, but not much else.\u201d (2018, para 5). You will also be analyzing a personal example where you can incorporate your GVV results into action planning for increased CSR integration.<\/p>\n

\nDoes CSR have any relationship to other theories you have studied in this class or in others you have studied? If so, which ones and why?

Identify at least one company from your research or personal experience who have integrated CSR throughout their organization, and one that does not appear to have completed this integration.
