    This assessed task addresses the following intended learning outcomes:<\/span><\/p>\n

    – Analysis of the impact a
    \nhealth problem can have on two aspects of the development of adolescent\/young
    \nperson.<\/span><\/p>\n

    – You are required to complete a written assignment
    \nconsisting of one patient\/client or a group of clients that you have cared for
    \nwith a health problem. You will explore in depth two aspects of adolescent
    \ndevelopment (physical, cognitive, social or emotional) and the impact the
    \nhealth problem has had or may have. <\/span><\/p>\n

    – The selection of a patient \/client\/group<\/span><\/p>\n

    An acknowledgement that you have gained permission to
    \ninclude the adolescent\/young person in your essay from patient\/client or those
    \nwho have parental responsibility as appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

    – An acknowledgement that you need to maintain the
    \nconfidentiality of the patient, their family and the ward\/Trust as appropriate<\/span><\/p>\n

    – <\/span>Identify and briefly describe the specific episode of
    \nclient care giving the rationale for your choice of the episode of care\/group
    \nof clients. This will include a description of the patient\/client\/group and
    \ntheir underlying health disorder, the nursing problems identified and the
    \nnursing context e.g. a surgical ward, outpatients, GP practice, home, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n
