You are to write a critically reflective essay covering your personal and professional development strategy in <\/span>no more than<\/span> <\/span>4,000 words.<\/p>\n

Please ensure you apply the following:<\/p>\n

  2. Add your student number in the header on each page.<\/li>\n
  3. Margins should be at least 2.5 centimetres.<\/li>\n
  4. Use at least a 12-point font of any readable letter type.<\/li>\n
  5. Use 1.5 line spacing, justified.<\/li>\n
  6. Include page numbers at the top of each page.<\/li>\n
  7. The maximum word count is 4,000. The word count includes tables and figures; it does not include the reference list or appendices.<\/li>\n
  8. Please note there is <\/span>NO<\/span> <\/span>additional word allowance and if the word count is exceeded, the assessors will mark only until the 4,000 word limit is reached.<\/li>\n

Use the reflective theories of your choice to guide your writing. Integrate relevant theory with your reflective writing throughout the essay.<\/p>\n

    • Previous research experiences and assumptions.<\/li>\n
    • Channels of support identified for self-directed learning.<\/li>\n

    • Exploration of a range of strategies when planning for development.<\/li>\n
    • Ambitious and creative growth and development strategies.<\/li>\n
    • Use of reflective spirals to present a strategic view of the self.<\/li>\n
    • An integrated CPD plan.<\/li>\n
    • Wellbeing strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
