  • Explain the time demands. <\/li>\n
  • Describe the potential benefits (e.g. freedom over schedule, working with desired population).<\/li>\n
  • Describe the challenges (e.g., burnout propensity, schedule demands, competitive job application process).<\/li>\n
  • Explain the opportunities for advancement.  <\/li>\n
  • Explain how each position aligns with your personality and value system. <\/li>\n
