This week there will be two components to this discussion.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    First, you\u2019ll complete a <\/span>FULL DRAFT (10 pages)<\/strong> <\/span>of your <\/span>Persuasive Research Paper<\/a> <\/span><\/span>Download Persuasive Research Paper<\/span><\/a><\/span>. Your paper should be at least 10 pages (counting your Title and References pages).\u202fSave this draft as a .doc or .docx file and attach it to your week\u2019s first post.\u202fThis is due\u202fas\u202fyour initial post before the end of this Wednesday, MST.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Second, you\u2019ll post peer review letters to <\/span>2 different learners<\/strong>, just like the peer reviews we practiced last week. Post your letters directly on the discussion board, not as attachments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You must return your\u202fpeers\u2019\u202ffeedback by\u202fthe end of<\/span>\u202fSunday, MST,<\/span><\/strong>\u202fof this academic week\u202ffor\u202fcredit. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    Your 2 peer reviews should focus on <\/span><\/span>formative, rubric-based feedback<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Begin by once again reading through the rubric for the Persuasive Research Paper, located below.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Provide feedback to any 2 peers who have posted their drafts here.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Please provide feedback to peers whose drafts have <\/span><\/span>not yet been reviewed<\/span><\/strong> <\/span>by other learners.\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n
    4. If every draft on the discussion board has already been reviewed, you may review a draft that has already been reviewed.<\/span> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Each review should be in the form of a letter written directly to the writer, addressing each of the rubric\u2019s areas in a separate paragraph (APA, Mechanics, Structure and Organization, Introduction and Conclusion, Body, & Formatting). <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
