This may include some of the following: – generic strategies to adopt (cost leaders, differentiating, niching) – operation modes – standardization \/ adaptation strategy – expansion strategy (rapid, simultaneous, sequential, etc) – scope (geographic \/ regional reach) – competitive issues (pioneer, follower, challenger, etc) – general environmental considerations.
