Consider
\n the common interpretation of service processes in use at many organizations,
\n which is used to identify four variants of a service process:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n process that everyone generally believes exists.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n process that should exist to deliver what the customer really wants.<\/span><\/p>\n

Using
\n your arrival at the doctor\u2019s office as a starting point in the process, create
\n a document that describes the process of visiting your doctor for a flu shot.
\n Be sure your document incorporates the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n will approach the task.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your
\n process map should include, at a minimum, all components of the process that
\n are visible to the patient. You may need to make some assumptions about
\n certain parts of the process. You may also choose to combine your analysis of
\n the first two variants due to a lack of information on either one.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n use them for this company.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n expected benefit(s) for each.<\/span><\/p>\n
