Key terminology associated with the technology<\/span>
Create a glossary of terminology relevant to the technology so that the user of the slide deck easily<\/span>
understands subsequent slides.<\/span>
Technology timeline<\/span>
Develop a timeline of how this technology has evolved to where it is today. You may choose to start<\/span>
with the emergence of the technology on the hype cycle or go back to where people originally imagined<\/span>
such a technology\u2019s existence.<\/span>
How this technology would enable digital transformation<\/span>
Research the chosen technology and its potential impact on digital transformation. Gartner hype cycles<\/span>
may be useful for this but are not required. Consider using technology predictions from sources like<\/span>
Gartner, McKinsey, Deloitte, EY, Accenture, Cap Gemini, KPMG, and other companies. If you select a<\/span>
hype cycle that includes the technology, explain why the technology is in its current hype cycle phase.<\/span>
Use cases for the selected technology<\/span>
Students should research and outline current use cases for the technology. The use cases should include<\/span>
how the technology is currently being used within an organization or specific context and how it is<\/span>
transforming how we work.<\/span>
Predictions for where the technology could go next<\/span>
Based on what you\u2019ve learned about the technology, make a few predictions of what could come next in<\/span>
this space. Utilize your understanding of the hype cycle phases to support your understanding of how<\/span>
technologies tend to mature.<\/span>
Summary of technology and lessons learned<\/span>
This should act as an executive summary of the slide deck. Highlight your original definition stated in<\/span>
your own words, your favorite use case, and 2-3 points you found most interesting while completing this<\/span>
assignment.<\/span>
Works Cited<\/span>
Students should include in-text citations throughout their presentation as applicable for all resources<\/span>
used to create their deck. List sources at the end of the PowerPoint. These slides do not count towards<\/span>
