<\/span><\/span>I would just like to have some excel tables with real data for inventory analysis either with EOQ or with some other element<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span>I want the work to focus on inventory management mainly in the fmcg industry,<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>re order point, safety stock, just in time delivery,<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>refer to wms, qms, or other systems used for inventory management,<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>I want to mention the relex solution method as a way of managing stocks and forecasting orders,<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>to report problems that arise in inventory management<\/span><\/span>

\n<\/span><\/span>I contacted the professor and he told me that:<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>\u2022 As I mentioned, the assignment should have a bibliographic section<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>\u2022 Its length should be 16000-17000 words in total<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>\u2022 In the research part, we need to have existing data from a company regarding stocks in a number of codes, their movement, when they had to be re-ordered, what sales they had, if there was safety stock, what reservation costs were there, etc., etc.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>That is, data processed by inventory management methods<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>We don’t care what method the company uses, as long as the data is there.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>And then in a model that we will choose like EOQ, DSI for example we will put this data and we will compare our results with theirs.<\/span><\/span>
