It might make sense to see the final assignment in the context of the first three assignments which asked students to annotate readings about systems which should provide you with a context for selecting a systems level problem. You are focusing on the Free Senior High School policy in Ghana and the issue about what to do about too many students and not enough school space. You could work at that level. You need to use an analytic framework to analyze the components of the system. We used CHAT in the class to examine systems. This seems like a good tool to do your analysis.  And then, you might offer a set of potential solutions, organized in order of feasibility and significant change. <\/span><\/p>\n
