Your submission must be your original work. No more than a combined total of 30% of a
\nsubmission can be directly quoted or closely paraphrased from sources, even if cited correctly.

\nYou must use the rubric to direct the creation of your submission because it provides detailed
\ncriteria that will be used to evaluate your work. Each requirement below may be evaluated by
\nmore than one rubric aspect. The rubric aspect titles may contain hyperlinks to relevant portions
\nof the course.

\nA. Upload your completed and signed \u201cCPE Record\u201d for evaluation as a separate document. The
\nrecord should include the following:
\n\u2022 the date each activity is completed
\n\u2022 your typed signature verifying that all activities have been completed
\n
\nNote: The \u201cCPE Record\u201d should be uploaded as a separate attachment and should not be
\nincluded with e-portfolio. By submitting this CPE record to evaluation, you attest that you
\ncompleted each required activity.

\nB. Include all of the following required deliverables in your e-portfolio:

\n\u2022 a screenshot to document your GoReact video reflection, that includes an image of your
\nthree-phase comprehensive reflection video with your written summary below your
