must be used to guide the project.<\/span><\/span>

a.<\/span> <\/span>QI\/Change Model\/framework<\/span>: Outline the QI\/Change model\/framework that will be the foundation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
for the analysis. Content including the significance of this issue to the nursing profession<\/span> <\/span>within your<\/span>
clinical practice setting will be explored.<\/span> <\/span>Address why this issue is important. Support your<\/span>
description of the issue\u2019s significance with references from the literature (may include references from<\/span>
descriptive, theoretical or research peer-reviewed papers). Maintain your focus on leadership in clinical <\/span>practice.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
b.<\/span> <\/span>Key Recommendations with Focused Literature Review\/Synthesis<\/span>: A focused literature synthesis<\/span><\/span><\/span>
analyzing and critiquing<\/span> <\/span>relevant peer-reviewed papers from the literature that support your<\/span>
recommendations as identified in the proposal.<\/span> <\/span>Literature must be within the past 5 to 10 years;<\/span>
papers must be primary research studies) that address each recommendation. Synthesize a minimum of <\/span><\/span>two articles to support each recommendation being proposed. Ensure that you briefly describe study <\/span>design, methods, sample, setting, and relevant study findings.
