Purpose<\/h4>\n

The purpose of this assignment is to enable students to develop skills to lead organizations in the creation of cultures of excellence. These skills support the professional formation of the advanced practice nursing role.  <\/p>\n

Due Date<\/h4>\n

Students\u202fmust\u202fcomplete the Week 4 assignment and submit it to the dropbox by Thursday\u202fat\u202f11:59\u202fp.m.\u202fEST.<\/p>\n

Students are expected to submit assignments by the time they are due. Assignments submitted after the due date and time will receive a deduction of 10% of the total points possible for that assignment for each day the assignment is late. Assignments will be accepted, with penalty as described, up to a maximum of three days late. After that point,\u202fa zero will be recorded for the assignment.<\/p>\n

Use Canva.com or other infographic development tool of your choice to create an infographic describing leading cultures of excellence in healthcare organizations and address the following requirements.<\/p>\n

  3. Ensure the infographic is well-organized<\/li>\n
  4. Correctly cite and reference ideas and information that come from scholarly literature.\u202f\u202fAdd references used to the bottom of your infographic in a smaller font.<\/li>\n
  5. Follow rules of grammar, spelling, word usage, and punctuation consistent with formal, scientific writing.<\/li>\n
  6. Abide by Chamberlain University academic integrity policy.<\/li>\n
  7. Submit the completed infographic as a PDF or JPG file to the Canvas Dropbox.<\/li>\n
  8. Screenshot: Submit a screenshot of your infographic in Canva or other platform of your choice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
