For this assessment, you will plan and write a 1,500 word comparison essay in response to the following question:<\/p>\n

Which character shows greater resilience: Oedipus or Hamlet?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You will be guided through the writing process to develop your comparison essay. You will submit your essay outline for feedback from your teacher before proceeding to write your essay. Once you have received and incorporated their feedback, you will write your essay and submit it for a grade.<\/p>\n

Remember, it\u2019s quality that counts.<\/p>\n

The word count is a guide for depth in your writing. If your essay is a little under the word count, but you\u2019ve offered great arguments and evidence, you\u2019ve done your job. Don\u2019t add extra words just to fill the count.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, if you\u2019re a little over the word count, can you trim by editing out \u201cfiller\u201d? You\u2019ll probably have a better essay if you do.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re stealing someone else\u2019s ideas and erasing their hard work.<\/p>\n
