o A problem statement on the selected
\nglobal leadership and workforce development issue.<\/span><\/p>\n

o Explanation of the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Why the issue exists.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Points of contention.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Leadership, management, and workforce
\nstandpoints on key issues related to the problem.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Why the organization is successful or
\nnot.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Why specific resources or research
\nstrategies were or will be used.<\/span><\/p>\n
