I am utilising a recipe box scheme that is low cost (5 british pounds) and nutritious to help ease the cost of living crisis and food\/nutrition insecurity amongst university students. Three groups of <\/p>\n

students were studied: students on the university’s hardship fund, students from a local charity, and <\/div>\n
first year dietetics and nutrition students. The latter two groups participated in a cooking class using the recipe box scheme, whilst the students on hardship fund took the box home to prepare the <\/div>\n
recipe at home. Voluntary surveys were provided. The first excel file (JSHU_hardship_fund) contains survey results of students on the hardship fund. The second excel file combines the latter two <\/div>\n
student groups’ survery results (charity group and dietetics\/nutrition students):  the first ten <\/div>\n
respondents (1-10) represent the charity group, whilst the remaining respondents (11-35) represent <\/div>\n
the university students.<\/div>\n
