1. What are you trying to accomplish and why? Describe the process of setting out your SMART aim.

\nDescribe the process of establishing measures. Describe your methods for
\n data display and analysis.
3. What changes can you
\nmake that will result in an improvement? Produce a Key Driver Diagram to
\n illustrate your project`s interventions.
4. Produce a Plan Do Study Act cycle and describe your tactical approach to enacting it
