Students will provide a bulleted-point outline of each of the two cases planned. The outline should include information related to the facts, issue(s), decision\/ruling, and reasoning of each court case. This assignment should include a cover page with the following information: title of the assignment, student name, course name and number, current date, and instructor name. Further, formatting for each case should be double-spaced with 1-inch margins and typed in 12-point Times New Roman font. The case analyses outline will be submitted for grading via Canvas no later than 11:59 PM CT by the given due date. No assignments will be accepted late without a university-approved excuse.
