With the change of Presidency came a huge shift in
\nimmigration policy and overall thinking. According the Census Bureau in 2022,
\nthe immigrant population in the U.S. grew close to a million after years of
\nvery little growth. This increase has sky rocketed costs of healthcare,
\nincarceration, and education. The fiscal impacts of immigration on government
\nrevenues and expenditures have been a hot topic among Americans. Immigrants
\nseem to be a large burden on government.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\nof 3-4 pages (double-spaced) that outlines the scholarly literature related to
\nyour topic. This would include peer-reviewed books and articles from your
\nannotated bibliography. It does not include news articles or government reports.
\n A literature review is more than a summary of articles. It is a synthesis
\nin that it shows how the sources you have read fit together to help answer the
\nresearch proposal. A literature review also shows the “gaps” in the

This review looks at the impact of climate change and
\npolicy development reactions to the subject. The reason for this literature is
\nhow public policy effects health of the world. Strong Academic Institutions
\nplay such an important role in policy responses to protect health.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>Burstein,
\nP. (1998). Bringing the Public Back In: Should Sociologists Consider the Impact
\nof Public Opinion on Public Policy? Social
\nForces<\/i>,Vol.77 (1), p.27-62.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

This review looks at the power citizens have over
\ngovernment. The article says that this power is underutilized in determining
\npublic policy. There is evidence that public opinion strongly influences public
\npolicy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nA. (2018). Effects of Public Policy on Child Labor: Current knowledge, gaps,
\nand implications for program design. World
\nDevelopment<\/i>, Vol.110, p.104-12. <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

This full review looks at child labor programs and how
\nhouseholds can be at risk. Decisions of the household about putting a child to
\nwork are made because of income and if the house leaders think education
\noutweighs the benefits of work. Many policies can be used to address child labor,
\nbut it is a serious subject.<\/span><\/p>\n
