\nsocial, developmental\/family needs<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>HPI( history of present illness<\/span><\/p>\n

c.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>PMH( past medical history), FH,( family history) SH( social history)<\/span><\/p>\n

d.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>H&P( history and physical<\/span><\/p>\n

e.    
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Differential diagnoses<\/span><\/p>\n

f.     
\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>Initial management plan
\nincluding any diagnostic testing or referrals to specialty providers<\/span><\/p>\n
