Follow the PDSA model “link above” to implement a performance improvement plan with nursing in clinical practice. We are suppose  to  use a nursing practice within our facilty.  I work in a correctial facilty “metro jail” and I also work in primary care clinic. You can make up any practice or reseach a particular practice. I’m open to suggestions.
