When extensive conflicts occur, resulting in substantial loss of life and property, attempts have been taken to develop new frameworks and protocols to avert the recurrence of such catastrophic occurrences of human creation. Certain efforts and systems have proven efficacy in mitigating prolonged, wars and conflicts. Nonetheless, the establishment of an extensive structure or system that perpetually ensures peace remains incomplete. When assessing the question of whether the current international political structures can permanently disrupt the inherent negative cycle of repeated wars and successfully establish enduring peace, it is inevitable to consider Immanuel Kant’s “Perpetual Peace: A Philosophical Sketch”(Kant, 1795). In this book, Kant identifies the fundamental condition — the permanent eradication of war — as “the highest political good” of all and the state of true peace meant “the end of all hostilities” (Kant, 1795). Perpetual peace is not a mere ideal in Kant’s view; rather, it is an absolute moral imperative that embodies unconquerable justice that is within the capabilities of human society. To translate this ideal into tangible reality, Kant proposes for a concerted effort to establish a society founded on the principles of pure practical reason and justice. By conscientiously seeking to cultivate such a societal structure, founded upon the moral principles and equitable governance, he believes that the dividends of perpetual peace will naturally ensue. Despite his proposed measures to attain perpetual peace—such as the elimination of standing armies, the formation of a league of nations, and the establishment of republican constitutions—these objectives have yet to be realised due to the intricate nature of the contemporary international system and inherent deficiencies in Kant’s model. Nevertheless, this essay contends that despite challenges and setbacks, the pursuit of universal and perpetual peace remains a moral imperative, compelling humanity to strive for the betterment of future generations.

I have already written an intro so please use the intro and if you want, you can improve it (attached below).
