Please note, this&nbsp; response needs to address a topic that does not duplicate the response in Law &amp; Society. This&nbsp; review paper exam must be the independent, original work of the examinee, produced during the&nbsp; exam period, and should not be written in consultation or collaboration with others, including&nbsp; other students or faculty members.
