You have attended both client meetings in person and the information provided below has arisen from you asking the clients appropriate questions. You may also assume that you have appropriately introduced yourself to the client and have explained the format of the interview as well as explaining that this interview is free. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You are to read the information obtained in each client meeting and to advise the client on the questions they have asked you. You must mention relevant case law or statute within your advice. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You should present your work as a narrated powerpoint,<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The slides for each meeting should contain a bullet point list of any references to case law or statute that you have cited when speaking and should be referenced according to Oscola. Your slides should not contain any other form of notes. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your overall presentation should be no more than 15 minutes.
The slides relating to each client meeting should be approximately 5-6 minutes each.
The corresponding audio for the Concluding slide can last should be 1-2 minutes and should give a generic conclusion suitable for both client meetings, and provide any key client care information that you consider to be appropriate. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
