come together to talk about a global South-South future of solidarity that does not get entangled in the emergent Cold War of the U.S.-Capitalist order versus the Soviet State-Socialist order.&nbsp; The<span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">second<\/strong><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span>perspective comes from African leaders fighting for independence from Europe and setting up<span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">a hopeful future of Pan-African Unity<\/span>.&nbsp; The<span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;
