Clearly state the HRM issue in<br \/>\nthe form of an interesting question via one of the following example set of<br \/>\nquestions: &#8211; How is Artificial Intelligence (AI) helping and harming<br \/>\nrecruitment strategies? How is HRM addressing return to work, hybrid, and<br \/>\nremote work issues? How are organizations \u201cgreening\u201d their jobs?- What critical<br \/>\nskills are most deficient in organizations? <\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">2. Thoroughly explain the question<br \/>\nthat you have raised. What does it mean?<\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">3. Highlight why addressing or<br \/>\nresolving this HRM issue is important. How does it impact the management of<br \/>\nemployees and organizational effectiveness? <\/p>\n<p style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">4.
