This paper <\/span>provides students with an opportunity to<\/span> recognize various supervision and leadership skills and styles <\/span>by reflecting on previous personal, professional,<\/span> <\/span>and academic experiences. <\/span>It will give them an opportunity to identify effective supervision and leadership approaches and<\/span> <\/span>establish leadership and supervision goals for themselves<\/span>, as well as <\/span>identify<\/span> expectations of current and future supervisors. <\/span>In 750 \u2013 1000 words (approx. 3-4 double spaced pages), 1. from your perspective, describe the ideal supervisor and 2. describe your vision of yourself as an ideal leader. You can draw from real experiences or hypothetical situations. Include a minimum of three citations from Reisch (201<\/span>8<\/span>) Chapter 6 and\/or Furman (2021) Chapter 4. Make sure to use APA style <\/span>and use headings<\/span>.     <\/span><\/p>\n
