What are the main pieces of evidence to support each argument? Are these arguments contradictory and can they be used to complement one another? Also, explain the difference between Milner\u2019s and Rogowski\u2019s arguments by referring to the interest group model (Milner) and the Stolper-Samuelson theorem (Rogowski).
