Yet, they often obscure the<\/span><br style=\"cursor: auto;\"><span style=\"margin-right: -918px; margin-bottom: -918px; font-size: 15px; cursor: auto;\">complexity of human experience. Most of us have spent lots of time in school so we think we understand<\/span><br style=\"cursor: auto;\"><span style=\"margin-right: -918px; margin-bottom: -918px; font-size: 15px; cursor: auto;\">schools really well. We are experts on our own experiences, but our experiences do not make us experts<\/span><br style=\"cursor: auto;\"><span style=\"margin-right: -918px; margin-bottom: -918px; font-size: 15px; cursor: auto;\">on other people\u2019s lives and experiences.
