I have attached the final “IRB proposal paper” for my project for you to read and review. YOU WILL NEED TO READ AND REVIEW THE PAPER before completing this assignment!<\/div>\n

 I have also attached the pre\/post survey used for this project (Please note: the pre and post survey are the same survey questions with the exeption of one question additional on the post survey) I have provided the “additional” question from the post survey along with the results for you to analyze below. ALL results are completed and done, just need to be analyzed and put onto a chart (see instructions below) <\/span><\/div>\n

I will need you to write a paper going over the RESULTS, DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION sections for this project. One page per section.<\/div>\n
 ***But first I will need you to review the results from the pre and post survey (attached Excel document) and analyze the data and put the data into a chart which will need to be included in the results section of this paper. <\/span>Then you can use the data and information included in the final paper (attached) to complete the other sections of this paper.<\/span><\/div>\n

*SIDE NOTE\/FYI: The survey measures Nurse self-reported confience in relation to pediatric advanced life suppost (PALS.) There were 8 nurses who participated in the survey. <\/span><\/div>\n

******The chart will need to show pre survey data compared to post survey data and any changes, as a percentage from the pre survey to post suvey********* I need to analyze if there were any change in nurse confidence from pre survey to post survey results. <\/span><\/div>\n

The Excel chart provided shows the pre survey data compared to post survey data as percentages, but I am unsure of how to analyze the data and put into a chart to show the difference between the pre survey results and the post survey results which is why Im ordering it here. <\/div>\n

****** IMPORTANT: The last question of the post survey is not included in the data on the Excel spreedsheet. The last question is “Have you managed to gain new experience and
\nconfidence or enhanced your knowledge from the training?” <\/span><\/div>\n
The results from this question are as follows: 3 nurses answered ” not at all confident” 3 nurses answered ” slightly confident” and 2 nurses answered “somewhat confident”  THESE RESULTS WILL NEED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CHART OR TO CREATE THE CHART.<\/span><\/div>\n

In addition, I have included the” MSN handbook” which acts as the grading rubrics for this assignment. You will need to review pages 6 and 7 (section #4 to #7) of the “MSN handbook” to see what needs to be included per the grading rubrics. It cannot be worded the same as in the paper I have already written, although you will need to read and review this section to gain and understanding of the paper and complete this assignment. <\/div>\n
