Using a word processing program such as Microsoft Word, your assignment is to write and submit a short paper using APA style that includes the following elements.<\/p>\n

  1. Running head and page numbers on each page<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Cover page with title, author (your name), and author institution (page 1)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Abstract (page 2)\u2014the abstract should be between 75 and 100 words<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Introduction (begins on page 3)\u2014this can be brief, but it must:<\/span><\/li>\n

    1. Cite the article by Bandura, Ross, and Ross (1961), Shutts, Kinzler, and DeJesus (2013), and the article by Howard, Carrazza, and Woodward (2014), and<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Cite at least one other scientific article that you find on your own that uses the aggressive model in an applied way or discusses the social learning of eating or linguistic diversity. For example, as the articles cited in the Learning unit do. You may not use any of the articles cited in the unit other than those listed above, but you may use articles that those papers cite.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Use in-text citations for any citations you include in your References page.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

A section that answers the following question: The study by Bandura and his colleagues appears to show that the aggressive model, who is an adult and therefore a figure of authority to young children, condones the use of aggression by displaying it and therefore promotes imitation of aggression by the children who watched.
