You will write a brief formal proposal document that is based on the scenario provided to you in the Ametros platform regarding the lack of gender diversity and inclusion in Monarchy Technology\u2019s development team. In your proposal you must describe at least one of your ideas to address the hiring of more women and\/or creating a more inclusive environment for female employees.<\/p>\n

This issue of gender diversity and inclusion is complex, so no one idea, or even several, will completely solve this problem. However, your proposal should offer an idea or two to make a meaningful contribution to begin to address the specific situation at Monarchy Technology. Consider both sides but find ways to persuade your audience that your proposed solution is the best for this situation.<\/p>\n
