Is there a way to ensure my thesis is accepted this time? I’ve uploaded it to the website four times without success. I’ve included the previous version along with the feedback I received, hoping to improve upon it with the new one. There’s a lot of information in the previous thesis that can be utilized, but I’ve taken into consideration the feedback from the second file. Additionally, since my thesis involves my work experience at the company, there’s a significant amount of “personal communication” included you can use in the new version from the thesis . If necessary, can adjustments be made to the MRQ to enhance its quality. <\/span><\/div>\n

 1.2=use sources outside the company website to enrich your analysis of the company. Additionally, this should help you cut down on \u201cmarketing-speak\u201d (\u201csincere commitment\u201d, \u201cdedicated team\u201d, \u201ccommitment to excellence\u201d etc.).<\/p>\n

You mention relevant info about the company, but remember that you\u2019re telling a story, as it were. Right now, this section reads like a list of disparate facts. <\/span><\/div>\n

 1.3=give more specific info about the fallout of the lack of good communication. For instance, provide real-life instances of \u201cdelays, uncertainties, duplications\u201d and what the exact fallout of these have been. You use Hofstede (theory) as an example of this cultural mismatch, but at this point, you need to be specific about what *exactly* is going on within the company.<\/p>\n

You imply that there is a direct cause-and-effect relationship between communication limitations and supply chain problems. Explain how this mechanism works exactly.<\/span><\/div>\n

 1.3.2=it sounds like DHL has already found a solution (rollout of new comm and coordination strategy) to the problem you\u2019ve presented in the previous section, and for the knowledge gap in <\/span><\/div>\n

1.3.3=\u201dquantifying the impact of comm inefficiencies\u201d\u2014this is something that you\u2019ll need to figure out to enrich your analysis of the *problem* (earlier in this chapter), not as part of the solution.<\/p>\n

1.4=prior to this section, the global reach of DHL was under discussion; justify why in your MRQ, you\u2019ve limited yourself to European offices. Also think about how you can quantify this improvement and why one year is the designated timeframe.

Based on chapter 1, it\u2019s unclear why \u201cjob satisfaction\u201d would be a variable of interest here.  <\/span><\/span>If it\u2019s something that you want to analyze, then you need to show that it\u2019s part of the issue in chapter 1.<\/span><\/p>\n

Suspicion of overreliance on Chat-GPT (sources cited in text which are not in reference list, lack of specificity\u2014explain the operationalization of concepts like \u201ccritical nodes\u201d, \u201cpotential chokepoints\u201d, \u201cbarriers\u201d, etc.).  <\/span><\/span>Unclear what the variables of interest are here. Hard to read\u2014the vocabulary is academic, but oddly lacking logic and meaningful content. Writing this chapter using your own words, and applying these variables explicitly to the answering of your MRQ would help minimize these problems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Show the *explicit* applicability of the theories to the case.  <\/span><\/span>Remember that a theory predicts a certain outcome (dependent variable\u2014check your MRQ).  <\/span><\/span>What about these theories will help give you that target outcome?  <\/span><\/span>Mapping the variables out would help.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2.4=not clear how this framework constitutes *theory*.  <\/span><\/span>This seems to be practical suggestions.  <\/span><\/span>In addition, it appears that the company has already been thinking in this direction, based on what you\u2019ve written in ch.1. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.3=you have selected Hofstede et al. as one of the perspectives, but have not analyzed it previously in the chapter. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.4=limitations are largely generic. Be more specific about how these theories are limited for *your* research project.

SQs\u2014don\u2019t use the name of the theory in the question.  <\/span><\/span>Pick out the variables of interest from the theories you\u2019ve chosen to proceed with, and write SQs based on those.<\/span><\/p>\n

SQ2\u2014how these dimensions can help should have been explained earlier in this chapter.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

SQ4\u2014this question has been posed theoretically.  <\/span><\/span>Remember that the SQs should be questions that require you to go out and gather original data in order to be able to answer.<\/span><\/p>\n

In general, this chapter needs work.  <\/span><\/span>The reader should be able to understand and place what you\u2019ve written immediately.  <\/span><\/span>As it now is, it\u2019s hard to follow and see the logical flow between it and the previous chapter, and within the chapter itself.  <\/span><\/span>Making a conceptual framework visualization before you write your SQs should help you 1) identify the relevant variables *explicitly*, 2) tie the dependent variable *explicitly* to the outcome you\u2019ve stated in your MRQ, and 3) analyze how these (disparate) theories *explicitly* relate to the solving of your MRQ. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
