These organizations focus more on outcomes rather than process; they don’t rely on just one single approach to project management but <\/span><\/span>they select the very best ways of working, de<\/span>pending on the situation. Instead of using people skills\u2014what <\/span><\/span>we call power skills\u2014primarily to motivate and seek align<\/span>ment or to facilitate autonomous decision-making, gym<\/span>nastic enterprises champion these skills both as a means <\/span><\/span>to inspire and deliver, depending on the desired outcome.<\/span><\/p>\n
