Task<\/strong>: Identify and analyze various resources available in your community and educational institutions that aid parents in raising healthy children. These resources could include community programs, school initiatives, online platforms, local healthcare services, etc.<\/p>\n

Presentation: Record yourself including the six criteria. It is important that you speak slowly enough as to be understood. Keep in mind your video presentation will include: identification of resources, description of resources,  analysis of resources. analysis of impact and recommendations. This recording should be at least ten minutes and no more than 20 minutes. It will be important to practice to be within that time frame.<\/p>\n

Criteria\/Rubric<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Point 1 – Identification of Resources (10 points)<\/strong>: Identify at least five different resources in the community or educational institutions that support parents in raising healthy children.  Include a webpage link and the motto for each of these resources.<\/p>\n

Point 2-3 – Description of Resources (10 points)<\/strong>: Provide a detailed description of each community resource, including the services they offer and who they are intended to serve.<\/p>\n

Point  4 -Analysis of Resources (10 points)<\/strong>: Analyze how accessible these resources are for parents. Consider factors such as cost, location, language, etc. and accessibility of the actual website. Think about where in the community this resource is located – THESE CANNOT ALL BE ONLINE RESOURCES. You may choose two online resources. <\/p>\n

Point 5 -Analysis of Impact (10 points)<\/strong>: Discuss the potential impact of each resource on child well being and parenting. Use relevant research to support your analysis.<\/p>\n

Point 6 -Recommendations (10 points)<\/strong>: Provide clear and actionable recommendations for parents on how to best utilize these resources.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
