Financial Budget Project<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of this assignment is to give the student the
\nopportunity to develop a presentation of a Financial Budget issue in their
\ndepartment and defend applying strategies learned in class. This presentation
\nwill be presented orally to a minimum of 3 people: (Nurse manger, CNO,
\nExecutive team, staff members, etc). If you cannot find minimum of 3 people a
\ntime will be set up to skype\/facetime presentation to faculty. <\/p>\n

In this course, you have been
\nasked to provide an analysis of a current nursing or patient care problem which
\nhas an impact on the hospital\u2019s budget. Specifically, you have described the
\nproblem, demonstrated a proposed analysis of the problem, identified the
\npotential impact of the problem on the current budget and recommended potential
\nsolutions to the problem.  <\/span>For your final
\nproject you will create a power point presentation, including notes pages to
\nexplain each of the concepts in depth. <\/span>This presentation will be
\npresented orally to a minimum of 3 people: (Nurse manger, CNO, Executive team,
\nstaff members, etc). If you cannot find minimum of 3 people a time will be set
