The student will take this\n<\/div>\n<div>information and build upon it with his or her knowledge gained from class as well as formal\n<\/div>\n<div>research. This information will be presented to fellow classmates during the last week of the\n<\/div>\n<div>semester.\n<\/div>\n<div>Audience: The primary audience is the student and their classmates. The student needs to be\n<\/div>\n<div>aware of the ingredients\/nutrients of the chosen food and what affect those ingredients\/nutrients\n<\/div>\n<div>have on the body.\n<\/div>\n<div>Purpose\/Outcome: The student needs to be aware of the ingredient\/nutrient list of the chosen\n<\/div>\n<div>food and what affect those ingredients\/nutrients have on the body. The student must learn to use\n<\/div>\n<div>reliable sources\/studies to research each ingredient\/nutrient in their chosen food and build upon\n<\/div>\n<div>knowledge gained from class. After the student spends a semester researching their topic, they\n<\/div>\n<div>should be comfortable enough with their chosen topic to share it with their fellow classmates.\n<\/div>\n<div>Final Research Paper\n<\/div>\n<div>Format: 3 pages minimum, 12pt Times New Roman Font, 1 inch margins, plus a works cited\n<\/div>\n<div>page is required.
