I need help with the writing aspect of the annotated bibliography – on the “Bibliography” document attached are the 10 sources already cited in APA and then under each one I need to do the analyzing and writing! Each annotation should describe the article and its application and usefulness for music therapy clinical practice. Each annotations should include an APA style Reference entry and a one paragraph summary of the article.<\/span><\/p>\n
Guidelines: <\/span>(2 paragraphs max. total)<\/span><\/div>\n

Introduction – Give a brief introduction (1-3 sentences) to give the necessary background to the<\/span>
study and state its purpose (in your own words). Why was the study conducted? What was it about?<\/span>
Procedures – In your own words, briefly describe the specifics of what this study involved.<\/span>
Who were the subjects? How were they grouped? What did they have the subjects do? Under what<\/span>
conditions? For how long? What was measured? What was being compared?<\/span>
Findings \u2013 In your own words discuss the major findings and results. How useful or significant is<\/span>
this (what did the author(s) say about it?)<\/span>
Conclusions – In your own words, summarize the researchers\u2019 conclusions. What was the major<\/span>
outcome of the study?<\/span>
Personal comments \u2013 Give your reaction to the study? Such as: What did you learn from the study?<\/span>
How might you apply the results in a future teaching\/coaching\/clinical application? Explain how<\/span>
this study might relate to your project.<\/span>
REMINDER: Any information which is word for word from the article,<\/span> <\/span>must be in quotation<\/span>
marks with the page number identified, for example:<\/span> <\/span>(p. 38), otherwise it is considered<\/span>
plagiarized. With the exception of perhaps one or two sentences, the abstract should be in your<\/span>
own words anyway.<\/span><\/p>\n
