Within your chosen age group, pick one health indicator that you find interesting (e.g. access to healthcare, immunizations, behavioral and mental health, oral health, substance use disorder\/addiction, physical health and development, education, economic stability, natural and built environment, social and community context, disability, etc).<\/div>\n
Create a recorded presentation with voiceover using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or a similar format. If you use Google Slides, you must upload a downloaded copy; do not link to the web version! Make sure that your presentation includes the following:<\/div>\n

Slide 3: Based on the community data and recommendations provided by the Wellbeing Report, propose a community-level public health intervention for the city of Somerville. Be sure to include the supporting data (rationale) for your chosen intervention.<\/div>\n

Slide 4: Write a SMART program objective for your intervention (see box 9.5 on pg. 201 in your text for help with this).<\/div>\n

Slide 5: Describe your plan for evaluating the outcomes of your intervention <\/div>\n
