This assignment is for a public speaking course i am currently taking. The goal of this assignment is to transform an informative speech (attached below) to a persuasive speech this time in a powerpoint . Attached is the guidelines my professor wants us to follow. the two attachments below is the informative speech outline we read and worked on during the class professor <\/span>stated it was really well done… we have also attached below a draft(outline) of our persuasive speech but i personally dont like it i feel like you guys can do better. In addition to finding more info (use the info we have as well <\/span>that we used in our informative )  transform it into a persuasive speech. <\/span>Persuading our audience. <\/span><\/div>\n

Please deposit your persuasive speech outline here using all five steps of Monroe’s Motivated Sequence plus the additional step for the counterargument.  Your outline should have the following components:<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

Thesis statement – one sentence that include a preview of the main points (preview of the main points might be a combination of the subpoints from all informative speech topics represented in the group)<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

1.  introduction = Attention getter plus repeat of thesis statement (found in attachment below)<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

2.  Body = Need – statement of the problem (might cover all subpoints from all informative speech topics represented in the attachment below) <\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

3.  Body = Satisfaction – proposed solution or solutions to the problem (find more details about this)<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

4.  Body = Visualisation – How would things be better when the solution is put in place (find more details about this)<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

5.  Body = Counterargument and rebuttal – why do some people say that this is not a problem or how would things look if we didn’t put solutions in place? (find details about this dont forget link use a real source please)<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n

6.  Conclusion – Call to Action – what are you asking your audience to do to contribute to the solution to the problem.  Call to action must be immediate and measureable.<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n
